By using avyrenzo.com you accept these Terms & Conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Avyrenzo S.A.S., a company incorporated in the Republic of Argentina. Please read them carefully before operating on the platform.
1. About Avyrenzo
Avyrenzo S.A.S. is a simplified joint-stock company registered with the General Inspection of Justice under N° 8942, Book 21, Volume IV of Simplified Joint-Stock Companies, tax ID 30-71856432-4 and legal address at Av. del Libertador 6250, floor 12, Núñez, City of Buenos Aires.
2. Nature of the platform
Avyrenzo operates as a collective financing (crowdlending) platform focused on real estate projects in Argentina. The platform does not constitute personalised financial advice and every participation implies an autonomous analysis by the user.
3. Registration and verification
To operate you need to complete a registration process that includes identity verification in accordance with the rules of the Financial Information Unit (UIF). We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not comply with these requirements.
4. Risks
Published projects are subject to risks inherent to the Argentine real estate market, including currency variations, delays in the execution of works and regulatory factors. The user acknowledges that projected results are no guarantee of future results.
5. Fees and costs
Before confirming any participation we show, on screen and in the signed electronic documentation, every applicable fee. There are no hidden costs or charges beyond those disclosed in the project sheet.
6. Intellectual property
The contents, brands, texts and graphic elements of avyrenzo.com belong to Avyrenzo S.A.S. or its licensors. Their reproduction, public communication or modification without express authorisation is forbidden.
7. Liability limitation
Avyrenzo acts as a technological facilitator. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the platform, from breaches by third parties involved in a project or from causes beyond our reasonable control.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless applicable regulations set a different consumer forum.
