At Avyrenzo S.A.S. we understand that trust is built on facts and on clear information about how we handle your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long and which rights you can exercise under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its 2026 regulations.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Avyrenzo S.A.S., tax ID 30-71856432-4, with legal address at Av. del Libertador 6250, floor 12, Núñez, C1428ARP, City of Buenos Aires. You can reach us at privacy@avyrenzo.com for any query related to this policy.
2. Data we process
We only collect the data required to operate the platform: full name, email address, tax ID when applicable, bank details for the settlement of results and technical browsing information (IP address, device type, pages visited) that allows us to improve the experience.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer your queries, verify identity in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Financial Information Unit (UIF), enable participation in projects, issue tax invoices when applicable and send you operational communications. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your relationship with Avyrenzo lasts and, once terminated, for an additional period of ten years, as required by Argentine regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
5. Access, rectification and deletion rights
You may request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@avyrenzo.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the controlling authority, is empowered to handle complaints related to non-compliance with Law No. 25,326.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The use of cookies and equivalent technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy, which details how Google Consent Mode v2 works and the options available to accept, reject or manage your preferences.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures updated to 2026, including in-transit and at-rest encryption, least-privilege access management and continuous monitoring, to reduce the risk of unauthorised access to personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. When the change is substantial we will let you know by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least thirty days in advance.
